Privacy Notice
This notice describes the limited information handled when somebody visits love-show.org, follows an outbound link or writes to the editorial inbox. The publication has no registration system, casino wallet or player account, so it does not receive stake history, KYC documents or operator credentials. The following sections separate hosting logs, optional analytics, referral attribution and correspondence because each process has a different purpose and controller. The notice also explains access, correction, deletion, objection and complaint routes under UK data-protection law.
1. Data Controller
The data controller under UK privacy compliance law is:
[Full Company Name]
[Address]
Email: [email protected]
2. Server Log Files
Hosting logs are created automatically when a page is requested. They can contain an IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent and basic connection status. The logs support delivery and security under Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR, are not combined with an editorial customer profile and are scheduled for deletion after 30 days.
3. Browser Records
We use browser records in the following categories:
- Technically Required Browser Records Strictly necessary browser storage keeps the publication functional, for example by retaining a display choice during a visit. The stated basis is Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR. Love-show.org does not use that record to create a gambling profile, decide a stake or access an operator balance.
- Analytics Browser Records Optional measurement services, including Cloudflare Web Analytics where configured, provide aggregated traffic totals without stored IP-level profiles. They operate only after the consent described here, under Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR. Refusing optional measurement does not block the articles.
- Affiliate Tracking Browser Records A referral identifier is created only after a visitor chooses an outbound operator link; the receiving affiliate platform controls that record.
The browser-storage notice gives the fuller technical description: Browser-storage Notice.
4. Hosting with Cloudflare Pages
Cloudflare Pages delivers this publication from infrastructure operated by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. A request necessarily exposes technical routing material such as the IP address, requested URL, timestamp and user agent so the page can be served and malicious traffic controlled. Love-show.org relies on Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR for that operational security purpose. The hosting layer is not an operator account and receives no Love Show stake, balance or withdrawal record from this publication. Where service delivery transfers information to the USA, the stated safeguard is the UK-approved standard contractual clauses. Cloudflare's own notice describes its independent processing at: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.
5. Web Fonts
Fonts are delivered via Cloudflare's self-hosted edge infrastructure. No connection to third-party providers such as Google Fonts occurs at any time.
6. Affiliate Links
Operator links may generate an affiliate commission after a later registration or deposit. The publication sees aggregate referral reporting rather than a person's name, password, KYC file, bank card or casino balance. Once the visitor leaves love-show.org, the destination controls its registration, identity checks, safer-gambling settings and cashier data under its own privacy notice. Referral attribution is not used by this publication to vary an article, personalise a rating or infer how much somebody gambles.
7. Contact Requests
Email content is kept while the desk answers the message and handles a related follow-up. Contract-related requests rely on Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR; other correspondence relies on the legitimate interest in operating an editorial inbox under Article 6(1)(f). Records are removed when no longer needed, subject to statutory retention duties.
8. SSL/TLS Encryption
HTTPS protects traffic between the browser and love-show.org. A secure connection is shown by the browser's lock or connection indicator and an address beginning with: https:// and by the padlock icon in your browser.
9. Your Rights as a Data Subject
You have the following rights:
- Access to your stored identifying information (Article 15 UK GDPR)
- Article 16 UK GDPR allows a person to require correction when identifying information held by the controller is wrong or incomplete. A request should identify the disputed record and provide the accurate replacement. This right concerns information held by love-show.org, not a separate casino account controlled by an operator.
- Deletion of the visitor's information (Article 17 UK GDPR)
- Restriction of processing (Article 18 UK GDPR)
- Data portability (Article 20 UK GDPR)
- Objection to processing (Article 21 UK GDPR)
- Withdrawal of consent with future effect (Article 7(3) UK GDPR)
Send a written rights request to [email protected] and identify the information or action concerned. The controller will respond within the statutory 30-day period unless the law permits an extension.
10. Right to Lodge a Complaint
A data subject can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office if the handling of personal information appears unlawful. It is usually helpful to contact the controller first, identify the disputed processing and keep a copy of the correspondence. The ICO can then assess the complaint within its statutory remit. It cannot resolve an operator payout or change a separate casino account; those matters belong to the operator and its dispute route. The ICO's current complaint guidance appears at: ICO (ico.org.uk).
11. Updates to This Privacy Notice
Legal duties and technical services can change. A revised notice applies from the date shown on this page and governs visits made after that revision.
